sumptuous yet simple; innovative yet inviting. In essence, the architecture's clean lines and sophisticated minimalism let it speak for
itself. We designed every aspect of this home, both inside and out, to be seamlessly integrated, including the inspired main living area
that features custom furnishings and a wine bar that's well-suited for entertaining or quiet luxury.
BELOW BOTTOM: Residence 4's magical outdoor setting boasts a mix of cushioned seating, water features, a fireplace, and a dining
area — plus, a cooking and grill zone. Just inside, the kitchen's polished cabinets fuse sleek transparent surfaces with rich mahogany and
clear Quartzite counters. The property's synthesis of color and character responds to the evolving play of natural light.
