tasting notes
A blend of five White Rhône grapes grown at the Derby
Vineyard, this wine displays aromas of honeydew, nectarine,
and apricot with additional flavors of granite and homemade
buttered popcorn.
winemaker's insight
Grapes were hand-harvested throughout the month of
September at night and delivered to the winery by 7 am to
preserve acidity and freshness. Individual lots were fermented
and aged in a combination of stainless steel, new Acacia barrels,
and amphora, and bottled within six months of harvest.

MATURATION: The 1510 White Rhône Blend is a combination of
five Rhone varieties, each with its own protocol, and thus no single
maturation protocol.
CELLARING: Delicious now, but will cellar beautifully for three years.
