were used for optimal analysis in order to plant the best suited
grape varietals, and today, Seven Angels is just shy of 26 acres
of estate fruit. For a 360-degree view of the vineyards, oaks,
and river, head up to the hilltop pond, lined with Salinas river
rock. The quaint tasting room has a history in education. There
is a 60-foot deck with outstanding eastern and southern
vistas, where wine enthusiasts can sit and listen to the sounds
of nature. Head inside the tasting room and you'll find a grand
piano. Guests are free to sit down and play a tune for all their
new friends.
Wine Club release parties happen twice a year with sneak
previews of unreleased wines paired with homemade
appetizers, prepared by Pamela. Festival participation varies,
but you can expect to see Seven Angels at the Atascadero
Wine Festival, Mammoth Wine Walk, as well as a variety of
community and nonprofit events.
