The Vincent Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon features complex
characters of raspberry, cranberry, blackberry, and red currents
with undertones of tobacco and minerals. Notes of toasted
marshmallow, cedar, and vanilla dance on your tongue.
Beautifully refined tannins accent an elegant structure and a
long, distinguished finish.
winemaker's insight
The Cabernet Sauvignon lots were all hand sorted then
destemmed and cold soaked for three days. The grapes were
then fermented in closed-top fermenters and pumped over twice
a day. The wine was then pressed off the skins and racked to
French barrels—30 percent new oak. After aging for 22 months
in the barrel, the four lots of Cabernet Sauvignon are racked
together and blended for bottling.
