"Seamlessly integrating the
exterior architecture design
with the interior aesthetic is
nothing short of a necessary
luxury that achieves a unified,
elegant, and elevated result."
—Michael Scro
TOP: By eliminating upper cabinets, we were able to maintain a streamlined kitchen design where lower cabinets and an island as
well as a walk-in pantry create plenty of storage space, without visually cluttering the wall with cabinetry. Intentionally mismatched
elements—like the light feature above the dining table and the singular yellow bar stool — turn into unexpected, lyrical details that
offer visual impact and personality.
BOTTOM: We commissioned the resin shower panel from an artist to reflect a soothing, spa-like form in the all-white guest bathroom
on the first floor. That this cool accent piece also has a certain sea-like quality is kismet, given the family's former oceanside life in
Santa Monica.
