FACING PAGE TOP: The entry connects to a dynamic stair that floats in a volume that ties the lower-level living spaces to the private rooms above.
FACING PAGE BELOW: A path of metallic tile extends from the stair through the living room to a dramatic sculpted landscape beyond. The floor-to-ceiling windows
further extend the continuity of the living space into the exterior environment.
BELOW: Strategic cuts in the overall volume of the upper floor mass allow light to penetrate deep into the interior of the house in unexpected places. The garage
is underneath, with a custom hydraulic polycarbonate and aluminum single door discreetly placed in the recessed ground floor plane. The kitchen door exits to an
outdoor eating area adjacent to the modern parterres of the garden.
