BELOW TOP & BOTTOM: We wanted the area around the fireplace to be warm and cozy, so we cantilevered a balcony to close in
the space.
FACING PAGE: The homeowner wanted high ceilings, plenty of light, large windows, and an ideal space for uncomplicated furniture
and beautiful artwork. Clean and simple, white ash wood appears on the stairs and upper level. We maintained transparency and
openness with glass rails on the stairs and balcony.
