FACING PAGE TOP: The two cantilevered terraces with glass balconies create
outer space for the second floor without obstructing the views. For a sleek,
streamlined look, we paired black and gray stone mosaic and polished granite
throughout the exterior.
FACING PAGE BOTTOM: The home might as well be a resort with its lounge-
worthy outdoor living space. We were lucky that the back of the house is
oriented to the east, so the sun isn't as harsh in the afternoon.
