FACING PAGE TOP & BELOW: Because the owner is an affluent art collector, he wanted me to capture the essence of entering a modern art gallery. Upon entering
the residence, the free-form staircase creates the invitation up to the art gallery loft. This curvilinear staircase was poured of solid concrete and wrapped with marble
flooring and a custom aluminum tube railing. Within the three stories and 7,200 square feet you'll find four bedrooms, five full bathrooms, an entertainment room
with full bar, the second-floor art gallery loft, and a rooftop terrace with elevator access.
FACING PAGE CENTER: The art on display can be seen from all open spaces on the ground floor.
FACING PAGE BOTTOM: Symmetry was created in the master bathroom by allowing for private floating vanities to appear on either side of the centralized spa tub.
Porcelain Italian tile was used, adding to the luxe, dream-like space.
