FACING PAGE: Our firm was honored when we were chosen to design the Indianapolis Monthly Dream Home, for the fourth
time—a prestigious annual award given out by the magazine. The estate sits on a little more than 50 acres of land and features an
exterior of rich brown simulated wood and smooth limestone cladding. It boasts a metal roof, six-car garage, port cochère, and
approximately 13,000 square feet of finished living area. We collaborated with a talented landscape architect who created the
luxurious half-million-dollar swimming pool and fire features.
