ABOVE: We designed the Mountain Modern Residence for a family of four who
loves being outdoors. It sits atop a steep hill on a 40-acre natural site with views
of the sky-lined treetops. The home is steel framed and features exposed steel
beams that extend from the interior to the exterior.
RIGHT CENTER: Waterfront Modern sits on a private cul-de-sac and was
created for a recreation-loving family. It features a golf simulator and a waterfall-
edge pool that overlooks the lake at the rear of the home.
RIGHT BELOW: We captured the spirt of the Frank Lloyd Wright Usonian house
with Modern Serenity. It has a low, linear profile accompanied by expansive
windows. The living space opens up to a large lanai overlooking the serene
river.
FACING PAGE: The horizontal design used on the exterior continues inside
with a rich walnut wall that runs parallel to the dark hardwood flooring. The
hallway was lined with warm walnut that spans the length of the home. The
open floor plan is flooded with natural light streaming in from the glass back
wall. In the kitchen, we created visual interest by using oak lower cabinets
paired with glossy white upper cabinets. The entire space is a study in balance
and symmetry. Tucked around the corner is a generous walk-in pantry designed
as a catch-all, keeping the main kitchen clean, sleek, and clutter free.
