THE MODERN RESIDENCE
BELOW: Clean lines and a mixture of textures and materials define the simple façade of this house that sits on a sloped lot, taking
full advantage of the downtown Austin city view. On the exterior we played with different local materials, creating color and texture
contrast with local wood, local limestone and stucco for a contemporary mood. The home looks deceptively small from the front,
offering a surprise to everyone who opens the front door to see the full expanse of the split-level property which grows downward.
