Steven Ginn Architects is a small firm with big design ideas.
Founding principal Steven Ginn subscribes to a rigorous
approach to excellence and believes that all successful
projects should end with a happy homeowner. Steven and his
close-knit team work collaboratively through the entire process
to achieve a higher design standard. With a committed, client-
focused approach, Steven's team is able to deliver unique
and innovative buildings on time and on budget. They start
every project by listening to the homeowner and thoroughly
studying the site to take advantage of every opportunity.
Steven began Steven Ginn Architects in his native Omaha,
Nebraska, but he developed his craft through extensive
international travel and study. After completing his education
at the University of Kansas and St. Louis' Washington
University, Steven traveled to Africa, Asia, and Europe to learn
about indigenous architecture and building techniques. While
in Italy, he worked primarily on the design and restoration of
castle estate homes. When he returned to the United States,
he continued to develop his skillset by joining a number of
well-known, award-winning firms and collaborating on a variety
of project types. Today, Steven and his firm focus on residential
projects, interior design, furniture design and religious,
cultural and commercial designs. The firm's work can be found
throughout Nebraska and the Midwest, including Iowa, South
Dakota, and Tennessee.
