BELOW: A true original, Residence 1 presents a vibrant visual narrative where water — the majesty of Lake Washington — plays the muse. We wanted the design
theme to echo the lake's movement, from the undulating roofline's curvilinear forms to the repeated arcs throughout. The home's vantage points also enable
sweeping views of the lake, Mt. Rainier, and the city of Bellevue. The interior's flow of space and harmony of textures likewise celebrate the sweeping vistas while
connecting the inside seamlessly to the outdoors.
