THE MODERN RESIDENCE
BELOW & FACING PAGE: Many of the homes that we renovate build on the history of an Aspen generation which laid this valley's
historic foundation, but they lack the modern appeal that people seek today. Embarking on this remodel, we worked forward from
the basics of its original construct which lacked an overarching continuity. With no porch nor entryway, we opened the space to
welcome owners and guests with more than just an entrance, but an invitation to dwell and to live. Throughout the home, we sought
to engender a sense of harmony, proportion, and order.
