Unforgettable
With the goal of wowing their guests, the couple decided to make entertainment the main focus
of their wedding. Layering one amazing event on top of the next, it all began with a garba that put
a twist on the familiar peacock color scheme, incorporating a Rio Carnaval theme complete with
plumed feather centerpieces, brightly colored dandiya sticks, magnificent food stations, and playful
masks for the waiters. Following a ceremony overflowing with fresh flowers, the reception raised the
bar for an incredible party. Costumed jugglers and stilt-walking butterflies mingled among the guests
as a sleight-of-hand magician performed during the social hour. When it was time to enter the main
room, guests were directed around the corner and away from the expected main entrance, strolling
through a candlelit path lined with raised seating. What waited inside took everyone's breath away.
Bollywood dancers, spinning aerialists, contortionists—each performance was more fantastic than
the last. A fabric-encased circle in the middle of the dance floor displayed silhouettes of the dancers
as vibrantly colored lights flashed. Suddenly the curtains fell away in a kabuki drop, revealing the
couple in their grand entrance.
