BELOW TOP: The family didn't want traditional theater seating for their movie room, but rather a large sectional that encourages snuggling up and sprawling out, and
feels like you're falling into a cloud. C-tables can be moved around to hold drinks, snacks, and other accessories. Painting the walls a moody blue made sense not only f rom
a practical standpoint, but also elicits an emotional response that this is a cozy escape.
BELOW BOTTOM LEFT: An animal-hide rug gives this home office some real cowboy flair, while the overall design is masculine yet clean and uncluttered. We painted the
doors going into the room black to accentuate the palette—you can never go wrong with black and white.
BELOW BOTTOM RIGHT: Built-ins are a great place to add color and create excitement in a room. The rug picks up on the blue in the bookcases, while oversized art feels
scaled just right with the tall ceilings. A fun light fixture sets off the wood-paneled ceiling and ties the home office together.
