BELOW: Everything in the Beaufort home was designed to let its natural surroundings shine. Because the home was a new build, we were able to choose elements that
wouldn't detract f rom the views. For the living room, we went with a neutral palette and an understated, elegant look that welcomes the outside in.
FACING PAGE TOP: Located in Newport Beach, California, this oceanf ront home was a complete remodel. We went with a less-is-more approach for the bachelor
homeowner and used a white leather sectional to achieve the look he wanted. He has an impressive collection of Murano glass pieces, showcased on the custom limestone
wall.
FACING PAGE BOTTOM: We took a traditional two-story living room in this Southern home and made it more intimate. You'll see modern touches used in the complete
design renovation. This space is intended to be an adult area where the parents can entertain, but it's still comfortable and approachable for the three children who
live here.
