180 INSPIRED INTERIORS
ABOVE TOP: To achieve an updated look with a nod to slightly traditional but glamorous interiors, we repurposed a cherrywood table, painted it high-gloss black, and added
crushed velvet chairs in a fiber-sealed finish. We also chose a clear-glass chandelier and custom curtains to pair against the classic lines in the space. The side credenza adds
practical, non-bulky storage.

ABOVE BOTTOM: With an intentional lean, the art in the dining room adds visual interest, while the sideboard offers storage for entertaining. From this angle, you can see the
sitting area that was originally the less-spacious formal dining area.

FACING PAGE: We took this builder's home f rom spec to spectacular with a complete renovation of the kitchen. The rift-cut white oak cabinetry lends a contemporary vibe to
the home's Mediterranean style. Low-profile chairs maximize sight lines f rom the kitchen to the living room, as well as through the doors to the gorgeous pool area. Pendants
are suspended f rom the 22-foot ceiling and add beautiful interest without overwhelming the space.
