BELOW TOP: Another built-in banquette, the seating in this breakfast room is attached to the wall and includes three traditional chairs. The space has plenty of pillows and
is a cozy spot for coffee and conversation. The homeowners wanted a soft, airy quality to the room so we used white cut-paper art and a white chandelier to help achieve
this look.
BELOW BOTTOM: This home has a small kitchen and dining space surrounded by four sets of double doors that lead outside, which makes for ideal indoor-outdoor living.
We used tribal elements, geometric lines, and woven textures to achieve the look the homeowners wanted. The Kelly Wearstler pendants over the island are agate stone
and steel—simple, yet eye-catching.
