LEFT: The client wanted to turn what was originally an awkward TV niche into a focal
point for the reading corner, so we designed an asymmetrical, two-sided fireplace
f ramed with quartzite and a wrap-around floating oak mantel.

BELOW RIGHT: This grand living room previously had dark beige paint and old
carpet, but painting the walls a bright white bounces light across the room and
dark espresso wood floor planks anchor the space.

BELOW & FACING PAGE BOTTOM: This true modern farmhouse demanded cozy
touches and a casual aesthetic without having a trendy or cliché farmhouse look.
Warm wood tones and leathers wrap the space, creating a cohesive and natural feel,
while plush performance upholstery in blues, creams, and greys keep it practical
and inviting.

FACING PAGE TOP LEFT: The massive open floorplan of this new build makes the
living room, dining room, and kitchen one long, cathedral-like space. Our challenge

FACING PAGE TOP RIGHT: This family has two young children and a light, bright,
California-cozy style. In order to keep the space as family-f riendly as possible without
losing the integrity of their aesthetic, every piece we chose could either be wiped
down easily (woods, metals, plastics) or had performance-fabric for easy cleaning
and durability.
