ABOVE: When we designed a loft in a historic building located in an artsy area of downtown Louisville, we started
with the client's mix of traditional items, rustic furnishings, and modern art. Once a warehouse, the building now
offers modern condos with features such as exposed brick and vent pipes—tons of character. We added to what
the client already owned to accentuate her style, and selected furnishings that made sense for her busy life of
work-related travel and her large, dark-haired German Shepherd.
