FACING PAGE TOP: There are no drapes in this kitchen so as not to obstruct the view of the Intracoastal Waterway. I mixed a lot of blonde and brass finishes in this house,
such as the statement-making brass light fixtures. Luxe touches, like custom cabinets and high-end appliances, elevate the space.
FACING PAGE BOTTOM: Inspired by an Italian house that the homeowner loves, this kitchen recreates the feel with oil paintings and layered draperies. Rich wood cabinets
and an attached breakfast room create a gorgeous environment for this Southern gourmet cook.
