BELOW TOP: This fun yet elegant high-rise home reflects the personality of an active young family. The casual wood floor and leather cocktail ottoman contrast with the
cream textured sofas. Linen printed drapery and glass beaded silk cornices f rame the beautiful views of the Gulf. The square-designed beams on the ceiling add to the
drama with can and rope lighting hidden in the crown molding. We created a niche for the TV just above the linear fireplace, which is tiled in pen shell tile.
BELOW BOTTOM & FACING PAGE: A lighter wood floor and white marble water-jet fireplace wall contrast with the dark cabinetry and onyx cocktail table. The octagonal
ceiling is covered with tongue-and-groove wood and heavy wood beams, showcasing a statement-making silverleaf chandelier with dangling crystals. We used settees
made with custom fabric in the dining room to create a cozy and intimate feel. Laminated beams flow into the kitchen and create a flawless transition. Floating cabinets
with custom-made hardware and shelves display beautiful accessories that pull the entire room together.
