ABOVE: This modern loft shares a refined collector's approach and a combination
of tonal textures and color to create a sophisticated and easy vibe for city living.
The open-concept loft was spatially planned to provide different usable living areas
throughout. The lounge seating area has a low and comfortable sofa f rom RH,
and the textural raw silk upholstered accent chairs are f rom Kelly Wearstler. The
carved oak credenza, also f rom Kelly Wearstler provides a sculptural element to the
space. The owner's collection of important mid century art and light fixtures bring
a unique dialogue to the space that is as individual as the owner.
RIGHT: The dining room in this open loft features a space for the owner's cocktail
bar, and a Le Corbusier chaise perfect for reading with the city views beyond. The
custom bronze and f ractured glass dining table and chairs were designed by Kelly
Wearstler, while the antique bronze sculpture was found in a London antique store.

"As a designer your most
important pursuit is to bring your
clients' vision and dreams to
life, and sometimes that means
bridging styles and periods and
different tastes. That is the true
craft of what we do."
