BELOW: Rather than a place to shut herself away, this Realtor's home office is her family's gathering space. Her
husband often joins her at the oversized desk, and her two boys practice music by the tiled fireplace. The owner
initially didn't want a dramatic look, but 25-foot ceilings practically demand bold choices. Now it's everyone's favorite
room in the house. My mother, Marie Rios, is the owner of Troo Home Staging, and she's my partner in the finishing
touches once the design is completed.
