BELOW BOTTOM: When we created a dining nook for a family with young children and pets, it had to be high-functioning and durable. We chose resistant materials for
the drapes and made sure everything worked well in high-traffic areas, including the leather banquette and white-oak table. At the bottom of the banquette we crafted a
doggy door that leads directly outside—a fun feature that makes this space especially unique.
