ABOVE TOP RIGHT: Two separate bathrooms were created from what was once a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Designed for twins, they wanted different designs with a unified look as
they had similar tastes: modern and clean. Corner showers were designed with linear drains, clad in white stone. Storage was accommodated with corner cabinets and storage over
the toilet. The floating vanity with jaw-dropping wrapped stone finishes this contemporary bathroom. This room was honored with the top National Award Design by IDS.
ABOVE BOTTOM RIGHT: The design for the powder room focused on modernism, giving the small space style and interest. Adding depth, the textured tile walls play well with the
polished penny tile floor as it bounces the layered light. The unique carved-wood belted vanity adds a fun flair, and the wooden fish float on the wall as a nod to its lakeside location.
ABOVE BOTTOM LEFT: This stunning powder bathroom with its own sitting room was reimagined with elegance. We took its Louis XVI roots and added an updated brushstroke
wallpaper in soft hues of green and gold accentuated by newly painted off white millwork. The sitting space was enhanced with a new silk and wool-blend rug and silk pull-apart
rouched draperies framing the original chandelier. Several Lalique glass sculptures adorn the room, catching the light from the extra-tall windows. This room was honored with the
top National Award Design by IDS.
