BELOW & FACING PAGE TOP: The homeowner had seen my work in a spec home and sought me out to design her home, giving me f ree rein. I made the master bathroom's
focal point the tile floor, contrasting it with the cabinetry for a soothing, serene atmosphere. A 6-by-6-foot walk-in shower even boasts a view of the trees outside.
FACING PAGE BOTTOM: This guest bathroom is where the grandkids go after their time in the pool, so my colleague Anne Elizabeth Barbe and I made a statement with
the tile floor in shades of blue and white. Mixing metals with brass and polished nickel helped it feel more modern, and does the curb-less shower.
