ABOVE & FACING PAGE: Originally a Spanish style built in the 1970s, the Summit Residence now sports a completely reworked courtyard with the addition of a few more
bedrooms. Now, the exterior is clad in ipĂȘ wood and stucco. An abundance of windows shows off the San Francisco Bay view, with strategically placed skylights letting in
even more natural light. A completely open living and dining room layout, plus glass half-walls that function as railings, allows the light to flow easily throughout.
