Partners Matthew Kerr and Eric Owens own and operate SOK design studio, their Idaho-based firm, with an open-minded
approach to each project. Every design starts with a fresh beginning, without a preconceived style in mind. Or as Matthew says,
"don't start with a style, end with one." The pair shares a natural passion for architecture, which Eric first discovered when he
designed his own home in 2007. Eschewing labels and embracing their own aesthetic, the pair believes that projects should
be designed with integrity and built well, and the process should be fun. SOK design studio designs and builds residential and
vacation properties throughout the Pacific Northwest.
