centered on custom California homes, midcentury modern restoration, modern commercial spaces, and custom interiors. At the heart of it all is
a belief that the creation of durable structures should harmoniously mix texture, color, light, and materials. Tracy has been licensed in the State
of California since 1989 and spent 10 years as a member of the Angelino Heights Historic Preservation Overlay Zone board. She is currently a
LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the US Green Building Council, and has taught at Woodbury University, Art Center College of
