ABOVE & FACING PAGE: This project sits on a unique site where you can see sunrise and sunset over the ocean. There are no 'bad' views. The building, a three-season
residence for a couple, answers the question, "What would a house be if all of it was porch?" The plan is a symmetrical trapezoid with a butterfly roof and robust overhangs.
All exterior walls consist of glass lift and slide doors that can open the house in various ways depending on weather, time of year, and use.
