ABOVE, LEFT & FACING PAGE: Styled with a Hamptons exterior, the floorplan and interior of this
3,800-square-foot luxury dwelling is modern in character and detail. Natural light—when and where
received, and what type—played a big role in the home's design, which has an L-shaped footprint
to ensure that the pool area is sunny all day long. You can also see both the sunrise and sunset f rom
the living room, a unique feature that's uninhibited by the floating steel staircase. Drapes that recess
into the ceiling eliminate the need for a curtain rod, helping the room to feel cozy despite its large,
open-concept layout.
