ABOVE: Designed for a family who wanted to move back into the heart of a walkable downtown district with strict design covenants, the objective was to create a private
garden oasis within the dense urban fabric.
FACING PAGE: Although the house f ronts a public avenue across f rom City Hall, the home's great room, primary suite, loggia, and port cochere opens to the rear garden,
pool, and pool house. The layout was specifically created to focus on controlled views of nature with the major axis running right through the entire composition.
