ABOVE & FACING PAGE: This expansive residence in the foothills of Las Vegas captures the essence of desert architecture, expressing high design through shape and
texture and capitalizing on the striking vistas. The client desired a large circulating home that would open up to and capture views of the surrounding landscape, f rom
every direction and every room. At roughly 23,000 square feet, the open floorplan of the main residence and the full guest house allow for intimate family gatherings
along with the ability to host large functions and special events. Just outside the main level is another highlight of the home: a zero-edge pool with hot tub and fireplace
that invite homeowners and their guests to savor a relaxing break f rom the action of the "entertainment capital of the world" and to enjoy the sheer beauty of the desert.
