ABOVE, LEFT & FACING PAGE: A respectful nod to the scale of a uniquely charming and rare residential
downtown Fort Lauderdale neighborhood with a modern sensibility was the driving approach to this new
home. The discreet, one-story façade belies the generosity of the interior spaces. All rooms are organized
around the interior courtyard gardens and lap pool. The massing of the house steps back f rom the street side,
creating a visual "surprise" when guests enter.
