ABOVE & LEFT: This home's family has a generational background in metal foundry, so in tribute there was a
strong use of metal in the project. We engaged an archeologist to confirm the area of construction was not
disturbing any Native American artifacts, as the acreage had been cultivated for more than 100 years and had
previously been known as a Ho-Chunk camp and trade trail. Happily, nothing we did disturbed the native land.
