ABOVE & LEFT: A sun study and virtual model were built prior to beginning construction to allow for
both the owners and construction team to view and see the materials in every part of the day and
every season. Lighting was a crucial piece of this project as the color contrasts were rich, making
it essential to appropriately light the designed spaces for all their tasks as well as to enhance the
chosen materials.
