ABOVE & FACING PAGE: This is not a primary residence, so you can definitely have a bit more fun with the
interiors. A classic beachy palette runs throughout, but there's a pop of texture and interest with a mix of
warm cypress and white coffers on the 12-foot ceilings. People don't articulate ceilings enough, but that's
a third of the room. This provides scale and rhythm and another layer of warmth that would be lacking
with an expanse of sheetrock and can lights.
