ABOVE, RIGHT & FACING PAGE: Originally designed for two families to share, this home features two
primary suites on the second level and a back porch that's essentially split in half so each can have their
own private side. Cypress and coffers make an impressive appearance on 14-foot ceilings. Tumbled stone
runs the entire wall in the kitchen for a more authentic, realistic feel that's juxtaposed with a custom
fabricated stainless steel vent hood. A vaulted ceiling in the apartment above the garage makes the
space feel grander and more open.
