ABOVE: True outdoor California living is embodied in this elegant dining and lounge space. The Gladding-McBean
terra cotta flooring tile is accented with blue deco tiles. The fireplace was completed in plaster inspired by
the home, and the custom steel overhead will eventually be covered with purple-blue wisteria to create a
magical canopy.

FACING PAGE: This simple, Asian-themed kitchen and dining area is pulled together by the same stunning grey
and black terrazzo tile. The efficient kitchen includes a 24-inch grill, a Big Green Egg (in eye-catching red), and an
electric wok. This is also an excellent example of a simple charcoal gray stain on the fence, allowing all features
to grab aention.
