ABOVE LEFT: At a modern Austin, Texas, home, this beautiful and expansive pool includes a
perimeter overflow spa and wet deck—both of which are framed on the opposite side by a
gorgeous, 12-foot-long copper waterfall. This streamlined outdoor environment also boasts
fire features, a full gourmet kitchen, and some special glass materials.
ABOVE RIGHT: To create visual interest while resonating with the warm desert landscape
palee, we clad this elevated spa in richly hued rust and rose-toned mosaic tiles. A waterfall in
the background offers a lovely sound quality to this outdoor retreat, which was also designed
for kids to enjoy with the water basketball hoop.
RIGHT: This view is worthy of the frames that are created via the brick archways. The infinity-
edge pool serves to enhance the seing— whether you're in the water or lounging on the deck.
FACING PAGE TOP: This cozy sunken lounge and fire pit offers an intimate conversation area
that's connected yet distinct from the pool while accommodating the site's elevation changes.
The additional fire features visually unify the different zones of this outdoor space while
colorful mosaic tile brings another layer of vibrance.
FACING PAGE BOT TOM: In addition to the panoramic views, the other star of the show in this
wonderful two-level outdoor experience is the waterfall that cascades into the lower-level,
infinity-edge pool.
