Inspired Outdoor Living
LEFT: This pool in the heart of Coral Gables, Florida, is a masterpiece. For the design
of the custom pool floor mosaic, we were inspired by the historically designated
home's original 1924 fireplace mantel. We adorned the mosaic with iridescent and
24-karat gold elements and managed the full design, manufacture, and install.

ABOVE: We custom-created and installed this timeless design for a celebrity client's
beautiful, historically designated Miami Beach home. We prioritized rich, deep blues
as well as mother of pearl and real 24-karat gold. The center medallions were inspired
by the home's original reliefs.

FACING PAGE TOP RIGHT: This mosaic pool design was inspired by its home's English-
French architecture and was completely designed, manufactured, and installed by
us in partnership with builder and landscape architect Mark Esswein. The pool floor
looks flat, but this is an optical illusion. We used water magnification formulas to make
the concave floor look like a plane. These methods are as old as the Byzantine era, as are
the installation methods we used.

FACING PAGE BOT TOM: This modern estate includes three separate residences and
two swimming pools, including this one that features a modern, mathematical
Cosmati mosaic design. We implemented light white and grey tones to create a
paern from repetitive shapes. We are always looking to push the limits of design,
and this mosaic design is the first of its kind in the swimming pool industry.
