Inspired Outdoor Living
ABOVE: Built into the side of the mountain, this home and its outdoor scaping required careful planning from the moment the site was selected. A very linear home design was required due to the
mountainside conditions. The outdoor patios and connection points are integrated into the home's architecture while its elevation provides sightlines that extend nearly 40 miles.
FACING PAGE LEFT: The infinity-edge pool features a built-in spa and is strategically placed to enjoy both the afternoon sun and what we call "city lights and sunsets." Taking up all the home's available
building envelope during site planning was a critical element here.
FACING PAGE TOP RIGHT AND BOT TOM RIGHT: Creating a connection from one patio to another using consistent, complementary materials became a way to harmonize the upper and lower patios as
well as connect to the desert floor. Every site has its constraints and we're passionate about finding solutions that create such spectacular results.
