the vibrantly saturated colors of the cerulean sea. It features an all-tile perimeter overflow spa, a spacious all-tile lounge deck with Ledge
Lounger's in-water furniture, and a massive water wall clad in Oceanside glass tile.
FACING PAGE TOP: Outdoor living is fully celebrated at this large estate. Multiple doorways lead outside to this gorgeous and expansive
perimeter-overflow pool that has the effect of disappearing into the tree-lined background beyond. With multiple lounge areas and
conversation zones, it's designed for entertaining and hosting large groups while serving as a peaceful place to spend the weekend—or any
day of the week.
FACING PAGE BOTTOM LEFT: Small spaces provide an opportunity to be creative and resourceful. This luxury pool project includes a small
footprint and significant elevation change, where an elevated deck provides direct access to the spa and steps down on either side to access the
pool, outdoor kitchen, and puing green adjacent to the primary bedroom. The central water-wall features beautiful Ann Sacks Context field tile
in Jasper and illuminated PAL Lighting strip LEDs.
