Inspired Outdoor Living
ABOVE AND FACING PAGE TOP: The architecture of this stunning estate in Cherry Hills, Colorado, beautifully reflects the mountain-modern vernacular. So it was important for us to ensure our planning
for the exterior of this property followed suit. Outdoor living is fully celebrated in this design, with the magnificent and expansive roof and pergola that mimics the architecture of the home and shelters
the outdoor kitchen, dining, and living areas. These gathering areas were envisioned as the ultimate entertaining zones for friends and family. Lighting elements, complementary pavers, and the two-sided
fireplace enhance the rustic warmth of the space. The pool and hot tub are oriented perfectly to capture the endless sun and vistas that Colorado has to offer.
FACING PAGE BOT TOM LEFT: A lot of thought went into this urban space in Denver's popular Wash Park neighborhood. We echoed the clean, contemporary lines of the home to invite you into a
multifunctioning outdoor space. A kitchen and lounge area offer the perfect respite any time of the day or night. The fire feature offers warm radiance, while the fountain and built-in lighting provide
peaceful ambience. A heated bluestone patio makes this a space you can truly enjoy year-round.
FACING PAGE BOT TOM RIGHT: We collaborated on this modern build in Denver's DU neighborhood, which takes advantage of a long, linear outdoor space. The rectangular lap pool with built-in spa is
capped off with a custom granite water feature wall. The background is balanced by the similarly shaped Nisho fire feature in the foreground. Thermory decking near the pool, along with a pergola off the
garage, add ample seating areas for socializing in and throughout this backyard. The rainbow is courtesy of Mother Nature's natural beauty.
