THIS PAGE: We created this dream backyard, tucked into a
lush, natural backdrop, for Indianapolis Monthly's 2019 Dream
Home. Fire and water elements play off each other on all sides
of the expansive infinity-edge pool. An elevated waterfall
feature provides an additional textural element with a hidden
alcove underneath. The custom pergola serves both form and
function; aesthetically, it's a statement-making sculptural
component and it also provides some welcome shade for the
outdoor lounge area. Altogether, there's seamless blend of
mixed materials including metal, concrete, porcelain, and
composite wood for a modern yet organic effect.
