ABOVE: Built on two acres about 40 years ago, this beautiful Spanish Revival estate needed a modern refresh to its expansive surrounding
landscape. We were able to honor the property by maintaining key aspects of its legacy aesthetic while bringing it future-forward with a
complete reinvigoration.
FACING PAGE: In addition to the front elevation, the home had multiple areas, including pathways, interior courtyards, and a large backyard,
that needed a new lease on life. With carefully selected materials and new, manicured plantings that all resonate with the home and integrate
with the towering palms and other mature trees, the overall effect is lush, polished, and welcoming.
