ABOVE: This Palm Beach estate is entertaining heaven. We utilized the canopy of tall, mature
coconut palms to down light the back of this property, creating an ethereal feel. The blue lights
from the pool and spa add a touch of color and the modern, linear, neon step lights take you
past the fire pit down to the beach.
RIGHT: The poed bonsai tree anchors this beautiful Jupiter Island home's entryway. Lush side
terraces frame the textured coral stairway leading up to the entrance. Wash lights were used to
illuminate the boom landing and linear lights were used on the upper steps.
FACING PAGE: This home makes an entrance. Blue glass was lit from below by custom linear
light, allowing separation between the large rectangular stepping blocks. The large ponytail
palms add shape and intrigue leading up to the shadowed walls.
